Shipping Policy

✦ We currently deliver to all major cities, towns and villages across India.

✦ We make our best efforts to ship/dispatch each Book/Study Material in your order within 2-3 working days of the order.

✅ In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 3 days of the order, we shall inform you & as per your instructions, we cancel the order, and also send you an email informing you about the same.

✅ In such cases, if you already paid then your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded; in the manner you have made the payment. If payment is not refunded within 2-3 days you can contact our customer support. 

✦ We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding Sunday or any public holidays.

✦ Typically all major cities deliveries are completed within 6-8 days post shipment and in rural areas (like; village and other area where courier partner failed in parcel delivery) deliveries are completed within 10-15 days post shipment, excluding the date of shipping.

✦ To ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier partners (Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom, DTDC and Registered Post (India Post)).

✦ While we shall endeavor to ship all item in your order together, this may not always be possible due to item characteristics, or availability.

✦ If you believe that the Study Material is not in a good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the book, please refuse to take delivery, and call our Customer Care or mail us at studydostonline@gmail.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

✦ An email and SMS will be sent to you containing Shipping Confirmation and Tracking Number of your order on shipment of your order.

✦ We will make a confirmation call to customers for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders to ensure their orders. No confirmation call will be made for prepaid orders.

✦ If there are any changes in shipping address or cancellation , it has to be informed to customer care team.

Shipping Charges

For orders placed from app & website, the shipping charge of Rs. 100 is applicable. COD (cash on delivery) is not available.
